Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma/GED
• Able to pass criminal background check
• Health Examination (provided)
• Immunizations:
• Negative TB skin test, or required documentation for positive results (<12 months)
• Upon successful completion of this program, students will be eligible to sit for their State Certification Examination.

• The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range:$25.93—$25.93 USD
