Role Description
The Clinical Operations Manager is a part-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for overseeing clinical operations related to Return.Finance’s products and services, including any clinical research initiatives connected to digital health, financial wellness, or regulated product validation.
This role coordinates day-to-day clinical project activities, including planning, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and ethical guidelines.
The Clinical Operations Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to define clinical requirements, support protocol development, and align operations with compliance and risk frameworks.
Responsibilities
include managing relationships with clinical research associates, external partners, and vendors, monitoring study performance and data quality, and preparing operational reports for leadership.
The role also contributes to continuous process improvement, documentation, and best practices to support safe, compliant, and scalable clinical operations in a rapidly evolving DeFi and digital innovation environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Clinical Operations experience, including oversight of day-to-day clinical activities, process implementation, and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated skills in Clinical Research and Research, with the ability to design, manage, and interpret clinical or applied research aligned with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Experience collaborating with Clinical Research Associates, including supervision, training, and performance monitoring to ensure protocol and compliance adherence.
- Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and delivery of clinical or healthcare-related projects within defined timelines.
- Knowledge of healthcare or life sciences regulations and guidelines (e.g., GCP, ethics and data privacy requirements), ideally in the UAE or similar jurisdictions.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, public health, healthcare management, or a closely related discipline.
