Role overview

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with corporates, insurance companies, and industry professionals to generate clinic referrals.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels, converting them into consultations, packages, and sales.
• Track leads, follow up consistently, and maintain CRM records across the full sales pipeline.
• Handle objections, close high-value sales, and represent the clinic in corporate and partnership meetings.
• Report on monthly and quarterly targets and KPIs, and contribute to sales strategy and process improvements.

Qualifications and requirements

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Proven direct sales or business development track record in insurance, wellness, clinics, or fitness centers.
• Existing industry network and demonstrated ability to generate referral-based business.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and lead management best practices.
• Native-level English and excellent verbal and written communication skills; Arabic is a plus and additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills; professional presentation.
• Medical or healthcare industry experience is highly desirable.
• Ambitious, commercially minded, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
