Compensation Package
- Salary up to SAR 25,000/month

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered services
- Lead, manage, and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient experience
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company standards
- Monitor clinic performance, KPIs, and financial targets, ensuring profitability and growth
- Ensure full compliance with local healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Optimize workflows, staffing, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with senior management on business development and expansion plans
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance, safety, and patient satisfaction
- Handle budgeting, reporting, and cost control measures
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Clinic Operations Manager / Healthcare Operations Manager
- Strong background in medical, wellness, or aesthetic clinics (preferred)
- Exposure to European, North American, or Australian healthcare systems is highly valued
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end healthcare environment
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or related field (master’s is a plus)
