This role is for a reputable group in Riyadh,
required HR Manager for their Clinic.
The HR Manager must possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in the Saudi Labor Law and regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, with full responsibility for ensuring organizational compliance across all HR functions, including employment contracts, Saudization (Nitaqat), payroll and Wage Protection System adherence, employee records (Qiwa, GOSI), leave and benefits administration, and lawful handling of disciplinary actions and terminations; the role must also establish and enforce internal HR policies and employee handbooks, ensure occupational health and safety compliance, manage recruitment in line with national regulations (including expatriate employment requirements), and oversee employee relations and grievance procedures, supported by a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
