ONEA Clinic is hiring an **Arabic-speaking Clinic Operations Manager** with experience in **aesthetic clinic management**.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of professionals to optimize clinic performance.
Key Duties
- Develop operational strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with **DHA regulations**.
- Oversee scheduling, clinic logistics, and patient flow management.
- Work with marketing and content teams to drive patient engagement.
- Analyze clinic data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with medical leadership to align operations with clinic goals.
Requirements
- **Arabic speaker (mandatory) - #prefer - Lebnan Nationality#**
- Proven experience managing an **Aesthetic clinic** or similar healthcare setting in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of **DHA compliance** and operational workflows.
- Leadership experience managing diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with **Patient Relationship Management (PRM) systems**.
