Role Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff, setting clear expectations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Evaluate and select vendors to supply the clinic with high-quality medical equipment and supplies.
- Develop and implement procedures for maintaining and repairing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure that equipment is always in good working order.
Skills
- Strong ability to manage and coordinate multiple responsibilities, including staffing, patient care, and administrative operations.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop clinic staff to enhance performance and service quality.
- Capability to monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences, including patients, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Experience in budgeting and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency and sustainability.
- Knowledge of medical practices, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards is preferred.
- Proven experience in training and team development initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools to enhance clinic operations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
in the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a strong advantage.
