🏥 Operations Clinic Manager \| Al Karama, Dubai
We are a growing medical clinic in Al Karama, Dubai, looking for a reliable and experienced Operations Clinic Manager to oversee our day-to-day clinic operations and lead our team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
📍 Location: Al Karama, Dubai
💼 Type: Full-Time \| On-Site
⏰ Hours: 60 hours per week
💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow
- Manage and coordinate front-desk, nursing, and administrative staff
- Monitor appointment scheduling, wait times, and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH regulations and UAE healthcare standards
- Handle patient complaints and service recovery professionally
- Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate medical and financial records
- Report operational KPIs to clinic ownership on a regular basis
- Support onboarding of new clinical and non-clinical staff
- Uphold health, safety, and infection control protocols at all times
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in clinic or healthcare operations management
- Knowledge of DHA regulations and UAE healthcare compliance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication in English; Arabic and Hindi is a plus
- Proficient in clinic management software and MS Office
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Based in Dubai
