We are currently hiring an experienced and results-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the operations of our medical center located in Abu Dhabi (Shakhbout City).
The successful candidate should possess a strong sales mindset, proven experience in increasing revenue, attracting new clients, and maintaining long-term patient relationships, while ensuring the smooth daily operation of the clinic.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
- Create and implement plans to improve clinic performance and profitability
- Supervise the daily activities and operations of the clinic
- Manage, guide, and support staff to achieve excellent performance
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and service quality
- Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and financial reports
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase client visits and brand awareness
& Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in clinic, beauty, healthcare, or hospitality management
- Strong experience in sales, customer acquisition, and business growth
- Ensure compliance with **DOH regulations** and clinic policies
- Demonstrated leadership and staff management abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Previous experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, medical, or beauty sectors is an advantage
