About the Role
A leading Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent patient care, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience managing an aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, or healthcare clinic in the UAE.
Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality customer service.
- Monitor clinic performance and implement operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and healthcare standards.
Team Management
- Supervise receptionists, nurses, therapists, and support staff.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Create work schedules and manage attendance records.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Patient Experience
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information.
Business Development & Sales
- Monitor revenue targets and clinic profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
- Support sales initiatives and treatment package promotions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare operational and financial reports.
- Manage inventory, medical supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with healthcare authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Clinic Management experience in an Aesthetic/Cosmetic Clinic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management software.
- Ability to achieve operational and sales targets.
