Job Overview
A growing Interior Design Company is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join its team immediately.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to generate leads and schedule appointments through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Explain company services and offerings professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer records.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month + Commission
