Overview

We're looking for an experienced Client Manager with a strong background in dentistry to join our team.

This is a people-first, results-driven role where clinical knowledge meets exceptional client care and strategic case planning.

About The Role

  • You'll supervise the team and assist doctors throughout their patients' treatment journeys with expertise and clear communication.
  • You'll also lead case planning efforts and support cross-functional coordination across the practice.
  • What will you do?
  • Manage client cases end-to-end.
  • Lead and coordinate a client team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff to align on case strategies.
  • Track case progress, follow-ups, and outcomes using practice management systems.
  • What We're Looking For?
  • Proven experience in dentistry (clinical or case management capacity).
  • Strong case planning and treatment coordination skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Bilingual - fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Relevant degree or certification in Dentistry.
