Client Success & Project Manager – Digital Marketing

About the Role:
We're hiring a Client Success & Project Manager to own both sides of the client experience — the relationship and the delivery. You'll be the single point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for making them feel heard, keeping their campaigns moving, and ensuring the team executes with precision.
This role sits between the client and the internal team. You need the warmth to build trust with business owners and marketing leads, and the operational backbone to keep complex multi-channel campaigns on track simultaneously.
What You'll Own:
Client Side
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients
- Lead onboarding, kickoff calls, and monthly performance reviews
- Translate client goals into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Proactively communicate campaign progress, results, and optimisation plans
- Identify upsell and retention opportunities and flag them to leadership
- Manage client expectations around timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Delivery Side
- Own end-to-end project timelines across paid media, content, and strategy workstreams
- Brief and coordinate media buyers, creatives, and tracking specialists
- Maintain sprint plans, launch schedules, and internal task management
- Run weekly internal standups and hold the team accountable to deadlines
- Own SOPs, post-mortems, and process documentation
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in a client-facing role inside a digital marketing agency — Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or similar
- Strong understanding of paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads) — enough to have intelligent conversations with clients about performance
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball
- Excellent communicator in English — written, verbal, and on video calls
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar)
- CRM experience, preferably HubSpot
Nice to Have
- Experience managing clients with budgets of AED 10,000–100,000/month
- Exposure to performance reporting (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, or similar)
- Background in UAE or GCC market
