Promofix seeks a Client Solutions Manager to lead its TikTok Client Solutions team and take ownership of strategic clients and account growth.
The senior role manages and develops a team of four Client Solutions Managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the team; oversee client strategy, campaign performance, and account growth.
- Own strategic client relationships and develop full-funnel digital strategies and recommendations.
- Guide campaign optimization, measurement, insights, and next steps based on performance.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for greater investment and product adoption.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and TikTok teams; support team client strategies and solutions.
- Stay informed about TikTok advertising products, digital trends, and industry developments.
What the employer is looking for
- Strong experience in digital advertising, client solutions, account management, or a similar role.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a team and managing strategic client accounts.
- Understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and campaign performance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
- Commercial mindset focused on account growth and client development.
- TikTok Ads or other major digital advertising platform experience is highly preferred.
