Client Servicing Executive – Creative, in the Client Servicing / Creative department.
The role connects clients with an internal creative team and coordinates creative projects from brief through delivery.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main client contact and understand client requirements, briefs, and business objectives.
- Coordinate designers, video editors, social media teams, photographers, and other creative professionals.
- Prepare creative briefs, project timelines, and client presentations; track progress and delivery.
- Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, meetings, and regular project updates.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Support campaign planning, brainstorming, and creative development.
- Build client relationships and coordinate internal teams to resolve project issues.
Requirements
- Previous client servicing, account management, or project coordination experience in a creative or marketing agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, and time management.
- Understanding of creative production, branding, digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects, present, negotiate, solve problems, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Experience with hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, luxury, or real estate brands is preferred.
- Creative thinking and understanding of visual content and marketing campaigns are preferred.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and confidence dealing with clients are preferred.
Pay
- Pay is stated as starting from AED 4,000 per month.
