Client Servicing Executive – Creative role in the Client Servicing / Creative department, based in Dubai, UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the internal creative team; understand client briefs, requirements, and business objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, social media teams, photographers, and other creative professionals.
- Prepare creative briefs, project timelines, and client presentations; follow up on projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals; attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines; support campaign planning, brainstorming, and creative development.
- Build long-term client relationships, monitor project progress, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Previous experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination within a creative or marketing agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organization and time management; able to manage multiple clients and projects.
- Understanding of creative production, branding, digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Preferred candidate
- Experience with hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, luxury, or real estate brands is preferred.
- Creative thinking, understanding of visual content and marketing campaigns, proactivity, attention to detail, and confidence dealing with clients are preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
