Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Coordinator located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The Client Services Coordinator will manage customer relationships, coordinate services, ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams, and oversee the execution of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

include providing high-quality customer service, supporting sales initiatives, tracking client inquiries, and ensuring seamless operations to meet client satisfaction.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of client accounts from start to finish.
  • **Technical Liaison:**
  • Explain service roadmaps to clients and act as the bridge to our manufacturing and lab teams.
  • **Operational "Push":**
  • Actively follow up with the production floor and labs to ensure samples are prepared on time and schedules are met.
  • **Systems Management:**

Utilize

  • Odoo (CRM, Tasks, and Project modules)
  • to create pre-quotations and track project milestones.
  • **Logistics Coordination:**
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure containers and shipping requirements are fulfilled accurately.
  • **Content Creation:**
  • Represent the company by participating in
  • filming professional video content
  • for our social media and marketing channels.
  • Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills to maintain clear and professional interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and organizational support
  • Sales skills with the ability to support the sales team and contribute to business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • What we are looking for:

  • Saudi Nationals only.
  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is a must.
  • **Work Environment:**
  • Comfortable working in a
  • professional mixed-gender environment (مختلط).

  • **Communication:**
  • Fluent in English and Arabic,.

  • في مقرنا بمدينة جدة. سيتولى المنسق/ة إدارة علاقات العملاء، وتنسيق الخدمات، وضمان التواصل الفعال بين العملاء والفرق الداخلية، والإشراف على المهام الإدارية. تشمل المسؤوليات تقديم خدمة عملاء رفيعة المستوى، ودعم مبادرات المبيعات، ومتابعة استفسارات العملاء، وضمان سلاسة العمليات لتحقيق رضا العملاء التام.
  • المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • **إدارة الحسابات:**
  • إدارة الدورة الكاملة لحسابات العملاء من البداية وحتى التسليم النهائي.
  • **التنسيق الفني:**
  • شرح خطط العمل (خريطة الطريق) للعملاء والعمل كحلقة وصل بين العميل وفريق التصنيع والمختبر.
  • **متابعة التنفيذ:**
  • المتابعة الدقيقة والمستمرة مع المختبر لضمان تجهيز العينات في الوقت المحدد والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية.
  • **إدارة الأنظمة:**
  • استخدام نظام
  • أودو
  • لإنشاء عروض الأسعار المبدئية ومتابعة مراحل المشروع.
  • **التنسيق اللوجستي:**
  • التعاون مع فريق اللوجستيات لضمان توفير الحاويات وتلبية متطلبات الشحن بدقة.
  • **صناعة المحتوى:**
  • تمثيل الشركة من خلال المشاركة في
  • تصوير محتوى مرئي احترافي
  • لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي والقنوات التسويقية الخاصة بالشركة.
  • **خدمة العملاء:**
  • استخدام مهارات خدمة العملاء لمعالجة الاستفسارات وحل المشكلات وضمان رضا العميل.
  • **التواصل:**
