Client Services Associate
Role Overview
LBW Insurance & Financial Services, a Foundation Risk Partners company, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Services Associate to support our Financial Advisors and Clients.
This role is responsible for account administration, client service, investment operations support, scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate client records.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Salesforce, and/or Schwab platforms.
- Team-oriented with a strong client service mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services industry or wealth management.
- Experience with Black Diamond Financial Software.
- Currently Securities Licensed, Series 7, or Series 6, and Series 63.
