Clinical Account Manager
Role Overview
Serve as a trusted clinical advisor for ARMSRx pharmacy benefit consulting clients.
This role combines clinical expertise, strategic consulting, analytics, and relationship management to help clients optimize pharmacy benefits, improve member outcomes, manage pharmacy spend, assess PBM performance, and evaluate emerging market developments.

Education & Experience
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing required.
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit consulting, managed care pharmacy, a PBM, health plan, or a related pharmacy benefit role.
- Strong understanding of PBMs, formulary strategy, specialty pharmacy, utilization management, rebates, and pharmacy benefit plan design.
- Experience supporting employers, TPAs, brokers, coalitions, or health systems preferred.
- Experience with PBM evaluations, RFPs, contract reviews, vendor assessments, claims analysis, and client presentations preferred.
- This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRP's total compensation package for employees.
- Pay Transparency Range$119,000—$138,000 USD
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting employers, TPAs, brokers, coalitions, or health systems preferred.
- Experience with PBM evaluations, RFPs, contract reviews, vendor assessments, claims analysis, and client presentations preferred.
