Supports Investment Advisors, their team, and branch operations through administration, client service, and support for business objectives.

Client service and administration
- Book prospect meetings, prepare introductory materials, and coordinate advisory-team marketing and client events.
- Schedule and prepare portfolio reviews and coordinate client calls and meetings.
- Handle client inquiries, account opening and maintenance, transfers, money movement, and client-initiated trades.
- Resolve complaints, provide requested stock information, and support account and technology requests.
- Prepare reports and documents, maintain client files, monitor asset movements, and alert advisors to possible portfolio rebalancing needs.
- Process regulatory documentation, monitor account redocumentation, and ensure tasks are completed.
Team and client relationships
- Build client rapport and confidence, retain and grow relationships, and support customized investment-related client needs.
- Collaborate with market colleagues, BMO partners, and the community to deliver the desired client experience.
- Mentor and coach newer colleagues and support team members with technology, policies, procedures, and escalations.
Role requirements
- Mandarin is required.
- The position requires client-focused service, relationship support, issue analysis, and the ability to handle diverse tasks and escalations within established limits.
- Follow risk and compliance processes and protect client and bank assets, privacy, and confidentiality.
