Role overview

Client support and engagement

• Respond to inquiries and provide program information through email, video calls, and messaging platforms.
• Guide prospects through application or engagement processes and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.
• Support online events and webinars, coordinate follow-ups, gather stakeholder feedback, and prepare outreach and engagement reports.
• Collaborate with Alliance leadership to improve client experience, identify collaboration opportunities, and strengthen visibility in African and global networks.

Qualifications

• Strong client service, relationship management, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Business and account support skills, including lead follow-up, partnership support, and concise reporting.
• Digital literacy with email, video conferencing, shared documents, and CRM or contact management systems.
• Ability to work independently remotely and collaborate professionally across cultures and time zones.
• Familiarity with higher education, MBA programs, or talent development in Africa and internationally is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
