Role description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and programs, manage partnerships, and collaborate with volunteers, student leaders, and alumni.
• Steward digital communications, represent the Alliance in internal and external forums, and monitor engagement and impact goals.
• Maintain documentation, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with HEC Paris MBA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strategic leadership and planning ability, including defining a vision and driving initiatives to completion.
• Experience engaging corporate partners, academic institutions, or professional networks.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Organizational and project management skills, including event coordination and oversight of multiple initiatives.
• Cultural awareness and knowledge of African markets, with interest in African business ecosystems and international collaboration.
• Able to work independently remotely, show initiative, and collaborate with volunteers and cross-functional teams.
• MBA-program, alumni-association, or student-organization involvement is highly beneficial; community-building or advocacy experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, international relations, or a related field is preferred; advanced study such as an MBA is an asset.
