Director-level, full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing brokerage operations and strategic initiatives.
Role description identifies ALWatanieh Securities Co. and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex as the employer and work location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee brokerage operations and regulatory compliance; guide initiatives supporting growth and client satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor teams, review performance metrics, and coordinate operational and financial goals with senior leadership.
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings; evaluate risk and control frameworks.
- Implement service-quality improvements, set objectives, and foster a collaborative, inclusive, ethical workplace.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in financial services, brokerage, or a related industry, managing teams and business performance.
- Knowledge of capital markets, trading practices, brokerage operations, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or CFA, MBA, or relevant licenses are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple initiatives, and maintain professionalism and integrity.
- Change management, process optimization, or digital transformation experience in brokerage or financial services is a plus.
