Role Overview
-
The Senior Client Relationship Manager is responsible for managing high-value client relationships and leading end-to-end company formation processes in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures seamless delivery of corporate services, compliance with local regulations, and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
-
Client Relationship Management
-
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
-
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
-
Understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions
-
Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Company Formation & Corporate Services
-
Lead and manage the full company incorporation process in KSA, including:
-
MISA licensing
-
Commercial Registration (CR) issuance
-
Chamber of Commerce registration
-
Municipality licenses (Baladiya)
-
Advise clients on appropriate legal structures and setup options
-
Coordinate with government entities and third parties to ensure timely processing
-
Operational Management
-
Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
-
Work closely with internal teams (Immigration, PRO, HR, Finance)
-
Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with Saudi regulations
-
Identify and mitigate risks or delays in processes
-
Business Development Support
-
Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients
-
Support proposals, pricing discussions, and client onboarding
-
Contribute to revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
-
Compliance & Governance
-
Ensure all services are delivered in line with Saudi Labor Law and regulatory requirements

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KSA regulations (MISA, Qiwa, GOSI, etc.)

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Qualifications & Experience
-
1-2 years of experience in client relationship management or corporate services
-
Strong experience in company formation in Saudi Arabia (MISA, CR, licensing)
-
Experience dealing with government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad) is preferred
-
Fluent in English (Arabic is highly preferred)
