About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing clients, maintaining long-term professional relationships, and bringing new business to the company. A background in Finance / Accounting / Taxation will be an added advantage.

This position requires someone who is confident, presentable, and able to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent communication and strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on client requirements, ongoing projects, and service updates.
• Acquire new clients through calls, meetings, and professional networking.
• Assist clients with service-related queries and guide them clearly.
• Manage company social media accounts and publish professional posts regularly.
• Prepare simple reports, maintain client database, and track conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company professionally in calls, emails, and meetings.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu advantage).
• Pleasant personality with strong client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, VAT, or corporate services preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Social media handling skills (Instagram, LinkedIn posting).
• Confident, trustworthy, and client-focused attitude.

Eligibility

• Spouse Visa (Husband/Sponsorship) candidates preferred.
• Other visa holders are also welcome to apply.
• Should be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
