Client Portfolio Director – Infrastructure, Transport & Smart Cities (Emirati National)

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a strategic portfolio of local municipalities, infrastructure, transport, and smart city accounts
• Develop and execute account strategies that align with the infrastructure, mobility, and urban development projects.
• Own the sector sales pipeline, driving revenue growth and identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead the pursuit and delivery of large, complex transformation programs across infrastructure modernization, smart cities, digital government, and mobility initiatives.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers across federal and local government entities.
• Act as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic client engagements.
• Provide executive oversight to ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
• Collaborate with internal capability teams to develop integrated, innovative solutions that address client challenges.
• Build and strengthen strategic alliances and partner ecosystems to support business growth.
• Represent the company at industry forums, executive events, and government engagements.

Experience & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of consulting experience in infrastructure, transport, municipalities, smart cities, or public sector transformation.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology, Engineering, Smart Cities, Public Policy, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
• Proven consulting experience locally and in GCC , with a strong track record of managing strategic accounts, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets in the public sector.
• Established executive relationships locally across government entities, municipalities, transport authorities, infrastructure organizations, and relevant holding companies.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale digital, infrastructure, transport, or smart city transformation programs.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, opportunity shaping, and complex bid management.
• Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
