What you’ll do
Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to our customers—not just selling a product.
Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for clients and for Uber.
Manage pipelines with urgency and discipline, knowing some deals will close fast and others will take months of persistence and trust-building.
Adapt your approach based on market dynamics, client needs, and imperfect information—there’s no one-size-fits-all playbook here.
Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to shape proposals, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale.
Track the details, follow through on promises, and keep moving even when things get messy because the work is real and so is the impact.
Basic Qualifications
- 6 + years of full-time experience in end-to-end Enterprise or Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales, ideally within CPG.
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding a commercial sales quota.
- Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Skilled storyteller who combines creativity and data to influence stakeholders and encourage product adoption.
- Strong collaborator able to lead cross-functional projects and build trusted internal and external relationships.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel to drive data-informed sales planning and pipeline management.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate pricing pushbacks and mediation tactics in tough negotiations.
- Strategic mindset with experience anticipating market shifts and using industry trends to create value.
Ready to Ride?
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.
You may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and other compensation, as well as a range of benefits. Explore our benefits.
