Client Manager, VIP/ Institutional Clients- Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship owner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients, engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
• Build long-term, trust-based partnerships and proactively identify growth and cross-selling opportunities across the full product suite.
• Deepen and expand strategic relationships with existing clients through sustained, high-quality engagement and a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Design and continuously optimize key client service processes and systems; formulate management standards and oversee the health and performance of key client accounts.
• Lead in-depth analysis of client behavior to uncover latent needs; produce key client analysis reports and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Lead the client manager team: set performance and service standards, coach and develop junior team members, and build long-term team capability.
• Represent the voice of key clients internally, contributing insights to product strategy and business planning.

Requirements

• 8+ years of client relationship management experience in private banking, family offices, wealth management, crypto or fintech, with strong product knowledge.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience, with a proven record of coaching and developing junior talent.
• Background in both crypto and traditional financial institutions is a strong plus.
• Strong client management skills: building and maintaining high-value relationships, structured client profiling, and designing impactful client engagement activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; flexible and effective across a wide range of situations.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, overseas partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Resilient under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for crypto/fintech.
