Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Client Manager** to join our growing team in the financial education and trading services industry.
The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with prospective clients through telemarketing activities and convert qualified leads into attendees for our weekend educational trading programs.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong telemarketing abilities, and the confidence to build relationships with potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital and social media marketing campaigns.
- Invite and convert prospective clients to attend free educational trading sessions conducted every weekend.
- Explain the value and benefits of the training programs to potential attendees.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Update and manage lead information accurately within the CRM system (Zoho).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training events.
- Assist in organizing and managing weekend training sessions across multiple locations.
- Prepare daily call reports, attendance records, and lead conversion updates.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients while ensuring a professional customer experience.
Candidate Requirements Experience
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in telemarketing, tele-calling, customer engagement, or client management.
- Experience in the **financial services, stock market, trading, investment, insurance, banking, or broking industry** will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills in **Malayalam and English**.
- Strong telemarketing, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably **Zoho CRM**.
- Good data management and reporting skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
