Client Care Customer Service Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Fluent in Spanish is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes with professionalism and composure.
- High level of empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with office software and data entry systems; experience with Alayacare is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Essential Functions:
- Client Communication & Call Management
- Manager Client Care Line, handling 80-120 calls daily
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, identifying the caller’s needs, addressing concerns when possible, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Assess and resolve caller issues directly when appropriate or escalate and hand off to the relevant team member or department for further support.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with internal team members via email, ensuring all correspondence is properly documented and supports timely coordination and follow-up
- Administrative Support
- Accurately update client and caregiver profiles and schedules in Alayacare in real time.
- Coordinate and send monthly birthday cards to clients and caregivers.
- Assemble and distribute client information packets for new and existing clients.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including assistance with special projects as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with office software and data entry systems; experience with Alayacare is a plus.
