We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our team at Burberry Dubai Mall, playing a key role in building meaningful, long‑lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.

As a brand ambassador, you will deliver personalised, elevated experiences that reflect Burberry’s heritage, creativity and modern luxury.

Through expert client engagement, you will contribute to commercial success while bringing our products, styling and brand story to life.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through personalised, attentive and authentic service.
  • Deliver an elevated in‑store experience that reflects Burberry’s standards of luxury and craftsmanship.
  • Inspire clients by confidently conveying passion for the brand, fashion and our collections.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge to style, advise and sell with credibility and care.
  • Support store objectives through consistent commercial awareness and client‑focused selling.
  • Collaborate closely with store management and the wider team to create a positive, inclusive environment.

  • A natural relationship‑builder with a genuine interest in people and client engagement.
  • Confident in styling, selling and storytelling within a premium or luxury environment.
  • Passionate about fashion, craftsmanship and delivering thoughtful service.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how client experience drives performance.
