Client Acquisition & Relationship Manager
to manage existing client relationships, strengthen partnerships, and drive business growth through client retention and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and understand their evolving business needs.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and introduce additional services to existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and relationship reviews to strengthen partnerships.
- Maintain and update client databases, engagement records, and relationship insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
- Support client retention initiatives and contribute to revenue growth from existing accounts.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles.
- Proven experience managing corporate clients and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Strong ability to engage with business owners, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Experience in identifying client needs and driving cross-selling opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- UAE market experience and an established client network will be an advantage.
