Key Responsibilities
✅ Support recruitment and onboarding activities
✅ Assist in employee documentation and HR administration
✅ Maintain employee records and HR databases
✅ Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
✅ Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
✅ Assist with day-to-day HR operations and reporting
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
✔ Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
