Client Acquisition Executive - Dubai (Commission based)

Overview

What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Set up and attend client meetings
• Pitch services including:
• Digital Marketing

• Google Ads & Lead Generation

• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead to close
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with internal creative and operations teams
• Ensure smooth project handovers and client satisfaction
• Use Bitrix24 to manage leads and pipelines

• Base Salary: AED 2,000/month

• Commission: 20-25% on every deal
• Earning Potential: Up to AED 10,000+ per month
• Location: Business Bay (Bay Square) & Downtown Dubai
• Role Type: Full-time, on-site

Requirements

• Must be based in Dubai and available on-site
• Must have own visa
• Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is required
• Strong communication and closing skills
• English required \| Arabic is a strong plus
• Experience in digital marketing or creative agencies is preferred
• Confident in meetings, pitching, and negotiations

• 2-year agreement
• Notice Period:
• 30 days during probation
• 60 days after probation
