Overview

  • **Now Hiring: Clerk – Information Desk**
  • **Location: Qatar**

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in spoken and written **English and Arabic**
  • Demonstrated ability to respond to guest inquiries and provide information on local attractions, events, and activities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact respectfully and effectively within a culturally diverse population
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize duties and assigned tasks
  • High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of patient and family hospitality models and service philosophies such as Disney and Ritz-Carlton (Preferred)
  • Additional language skills relevant to the population served are an advantage

Qualifications

  • Diploma in a relevant field (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or hospitality management (Preferred)
  • Experience in Guest care experience is required.

Experience

  • 2+ years of customer service or guest relations experience in a hospital environment
  • Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per hour
