Superfine Facilities Management Services is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for its facilities management team.
Core responsibilities
- Supervise building cleaners and housekeeping staff.
- Assign daily duties and schedules and ensure adequate staffing.
- Inspect buildings for cleanliness and quality standards.
- Train new employees and coach existing staff on procedures and safety.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or corrective action.
- Maintain inventory and equipment and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Conduct inspections to prevent hazards and immediately report accidents or damage.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience.
- Ability to organize staff, schedules, inspections, and cleaning supplies.
- Strong team supervision and leadership skills.
