We are seeking a reliable and experienced **Female Cleaner Supervisor** to oversee cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness across assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff on a daily basis.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Train and guide cleaners on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are available and properly maintained.
- Respond promptly to client requests and operational issues.
- Travel between assigned locations as required.
Requirements
- Female candidate.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety standards.
- English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
