The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing our website, while also managing and growing our brand presence across social media channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Maintenance
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites
- Ensure website functionality, performance, and security are optimized
- Update website content, layouts, and features as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement UI/UX improvements
- Manage domain, hosting, and basic server configurations
- Optimize website for SEO and mobile responsiveness
Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X)
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers
- Design basic visuals and multimedia content for posts
- Monitor trends and audience behavior to improve content performance
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community
- Track and report social media analytics and campaign performance
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with marketing and content teams to align website and social media strategies
- Provide regular reports on website traffic, performance, and social media growth
- Suggest improvements based on data insights
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or frameworks like React, WordPress, etc.)
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or similar)
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Good communication and creativity skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Experience in content creation (graphics, reels, short videos)
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
