Position Overview
The organization is seeking a Classroom Aide dedicated to student success and education reform.
The role supports classroom learning, student development, family communication, and school operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with grade-level teams to implement effective classroom practices for all learners.
- Plan learning opportunities and present new concepts through varied instructional strategies.
- Guide students to explore, express, and develop new ideas.
- Administer, collect, and analyze qualitative and quantitative assessment data.
- Communicate with families about student progress and ways to support learning.
- Supervise lunch and/or recess and provide additional support to the school community.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- Candidates should be dedicated to student success, demonstrate personal responsibility, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and families.
Compensation and Benefits
- The listed salary is USD 50,000.
