Civil Supervisor role for brownfield EPC retrofit, modification, and revamp projects at operating oil and gas facilities.
Immediate deployment at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience and proven brownfield EPC retrofit or modification experience within operating plants.
- Experience supervising foundations and concrete, structural steel, equipment foundations, underground utilities and drainage, building renovations and retrofits, and roads, paving, and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements in live operating facilities; GCC or Qatar experience is an added advantage.
- Available for immediate mobilization.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate site activities to meet project schedules and milestones; manage manpower, subcontractors, and resources.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve construction-related issues, and ensure permit-to-work procedures are followed in operational facilities.
