Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance works at KAHRAMAA substations across Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil maintenance activities at KAHRAMAA substations.
- Monitor execution of civil repair, renovation, and maintenance works.
- Supervise plastering, painting, masonry, concrete repairs, screeding, waterproofing, flooring, door repairs, and other general civil maintenance.
- Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure work follows KAHRAMAA standards, approved method statements, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, and site workforce to complete assigned work on time.
- Manage manpower, tools, equipment, and materials at the site.
- Maintain daily site records, work progress reports, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, work permits, and KAHRAMAA substation access requirements.
- Coordinate with KAHRAMAA representatives and the project team for inspections and completion of maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil maintenance, repair, and renovation works.
- Good practical knowledge of general civil maintenance activities in buildings and infrastructure.
- Basic understanding of KAHRAMAA standards, procedures, and requirements for work in electrical substations.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- A valid Qatar driving licence is mandatory.
