Role overview

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities for concrete repair works.
• Review drawings and specifications, allocate labor and materials, and monitor progress.
• Provide technical guidance to repair teams and coordinate with engineers, contractors, clients, and site teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, timely completion, standards compliance, and proper work reporting.
• Inspect completed repairs, identify defects or improvement areas, and document repair activities.

Qualifications

• Strong concrete repair knowledge covering methods, materials selection, surface preparation, and application techniques.
• Proven site-supervision experience, including team leadership, task allocation, and crew coordination.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards, risk assessment, and safe concrete repair practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, project specifications, and work instructions.
• Quality control, inspection, documentation, communication, and basic computer skills are required.
• Relevant vocational or technical certification is beneficial.
• Concrete repair or building maintenance experience in Qatar or the Gulf region is an advantage.
• Must be able to work on-site in varying weather and respond flexibly to project needs.
