We are seeking an experienced
Civil Project Manager to lead and manage Design & Build steel structure projects
.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full site execution of
- steel structure projects
- from mobilization to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and site productivity.
- Ensure steel structure works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Manage project documentation, approvals, progress reports, and payment-related submissions.
- Identify site challenges early and coordinate practical solutions to maintain project schedule and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15–20 years of UAE contracting experience.
- **Strong hands-on experience in steel structure projects, preferably Design & Build**
