Job Description
- Manage and oversee telecom and infrastructure civil projects across KSA from initiation to handover.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities to ensure completion within budget and timeline.
- Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction teams to achieve project objectives.
- Review IFC drawings, BOQs, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities for approvals and project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, progress reports, and cost forecasts.
- Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, and material delivery schedules.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Conduct site meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of project documentation, invoices, and variation orders.
- Support project handover and close-out activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in civil construction, telecom infrastructure, or utility projects.
- Strong experience in project planning, execution, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations, quality standards, and HSE practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
