The employer is recruiting a Civil Foreman/Site Supervisor for fit-out, construction, and facility management work.
The stated work locations are Al Wathba and Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily priorities, supervise construction and facility workers, delegate tasks, and organize work schedules.
- Promote safe tool and equipment use, provide safety training, identify hazards, and enforce health and safety practices.
- Inspect construction sites and facility maintenance or modification work; report progress to site engineers and management.
- Manage material orders and deliveries, assist civil engineers with planning, and maintain site reports and records.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain communication across the team.
Requirements
- At least five years of Foreman or Site Supervisor experience in fit-out, construction, and facility management; UAE experience is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of civil, architectural, and finishing works; ability to manage manpower, materials, and site logistics.
- Strong HSE and safety knowledge; ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Leadership, communication, and planning skills; proficiency in reporting and MS Office.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
