Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise on-site fit-out activities and keep work progressing according to schedule.
- Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and workers to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site issues or conflicts proactively; report them to project managers and site supervisors.
- Assist with materials planning, site inspections, and progress reports.
Required skills and qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, attested by UAE MOFA.
- At least four years of interior fit-out site supervision experience in GCC countries or other countries.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, gypsum, MEP coordination, and civil works.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency is mandatory.
- Ability to read drawings and manage execution accordingly.
- Good communication skills and site management capabilities.
- English is required.
Compensation and benefits
- Monthly pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000.
