Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified
Civil Engineer (G+4)
to join our team in Dubai.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must hold valid Dubai Municipality accreditation/certification
- Mandatory classification:
G+4
- Proven experience in construction, fit-out, and project supervision within the UAE
- Strong understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations, authority approvals, and compliance procedures
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities
- Excellent project management and site supervision skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction and fit-out projects in compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and regulations
- Coordinate site activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications
- Handle authority submissions, approvals, inspections, and related documentation
- Monitor project progress, quality control, and safety compliance on-site
- Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure timelines and technical standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
- Support engineering and operational teams with technical expertise and project coordination
