The Senior Civil Construction Engineer shall have strong UAE experience in high-rise or high-profile or mega construction projects.
The candidate must possess extensive knowledge in civil construction execution, site management, coordination, planning, and quality control.
The role requires effective coordination with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution in compliance with project specifications, UAE authority requirements, safety standards, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities at project sites.
- Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work completion as per approved timelines and quality standards.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workforce effectively.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Coordinate material requirements, manpower allocation, and site resources.
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC standards throughout project execution.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and cost-control activities.
- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- **Minimum 13 – 16 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects.**
- Strong experience in high-rise, high-profile, or mega construction projects in the UAE is mandatory.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
