We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry to support Quality Control (QC) activities and general project administration functions.

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Dubai.

The Civil Engineer will support the planning, design, and execution stages of the projects.

Day-to-day tasks includes:

1) Preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings

2) Coordinating with architects and consultants, and ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.

3) Conducting quality inspections.

4) Monitoring construction progress.

5) Addressing technical issues, and coordination tasks.

6) Participate in site inspections, snagging, handover processes, and quality audits.

The Civil Engineer will also participate in project planning, cost estimation, and documentation to support timely and high-quality project completion.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

3–5 years of experience in real estate, construction, or property development projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control procedures, and project documentation.

Experience in site supervision, inspections, and contractor coordination.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management/reporting tools.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
