Galaxy Realty LLC is seeking an experienced
sales professional
to lead and scale our off-plan sales operations in Dubai.
This role is ideal for a results-driven leader with a strong broker, investor, and HNI network, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team focused on off-plan developments.
- Drive unit bookings through investor outreach, broker partnerships and events.
- Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract handover.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and developer standards.
- Analyze market trends, pricing and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.
Candidate Profile
- **2-3 years**
- in UAE real estate sales, with
experience in a lead role
- Proven experience in off-plan projects and team-based sales targets.
- Strong investor, broker and HNI network.
- Fluent in English (Arabic/Russian is a plus).
- Proficient with CRM tools and reporting systems.
- Results-driven, resilient and commercially sharp.
